Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Cancer-Warrior.org customer service (info@cancer-warrior.org, 717-880-6748) must be notified of all items that you wish to return within 3 days of receipt of the order.
- Return shipping must occur within 15 days of receipt of the order, and must be sent by UPS.
- To receive a full refund, returned items must be in original sale condition, returned within the appropriate timeframe (15 days), and contained in their appropriate boxes.
- Refunds are issued either to the credit source, or in the form of an Cancer-Warrior.org store credit, at the discretion of Cancer-Warrior.org.
- Return shipping, insuring, and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount, except in case of manufacturer defect, damage, or shipping error, in which case Cancer-Warrior.org will cover all return shipping and handling charges.
- Final determination as to whether an item is damaged, defective, or shipped in error is established at the discretion of Cancer-Warrior.org. If a returned item is deemed as neither damaged nor defective nor shipped in error, all charges must be paid by the customer.
- Please note that there are no returns for washed or worn apparel.
- Once your package has been received at Cancer-Warrior.org, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Cancer-Warrior.org.
